Taghazout Bay, Morocco

Agadir, twenty minutes' drive away, was listed by FIFA in October 2026 among the candidate cities for 2030 World Cup venue visits, a selection milestone rather than confirmation of the final venues. Published plans envisage capacity for seven million passengers a year at Agadir airport, within Morocco's MAD 38 billion national airport programme; capacity is not traffic. Ryanair announced its Morocco winter 2026 schedule in August 2026.

The ITC coast

Muscat, Oman

Oman's personal income tax law is due to take effect from the beginning of 2028, with an OMR 42,000 annual gross-income threshold and a 5 percent rate on taxable income under the law. Eligible investors may apply for renewable ten-year Golden Residency through qualifying routes starting at OMR 200,000. The developer has announced Marriott-branded residences at AIDA. Oman recorded OMR 3.37 billion in property transaction value in 2025, of which OMR 1.27 billion was sales contracts and OMR 2.09 billion mortgage contracts, according to NCSI.

Batumi, Georgia

Batumi recorded 17,478 apartment sales in 2025, and primary-market turnkey apartments averaged US$1,865 per square meter, according to Galt & Taggart. The Asian Development Bank approved a Batumi to Sarpi road loan in September 2025. From March 1, 2026, Georgia's short-term property-residence route requires qualifying non-agricultural property with an accredited assessed value above the GEL equivalent of US$150,000. In our view, the region's geopolitics weigh on prices.

Azuero coast

Pedasí, Panama

Brokerage Casa Solution reported 60 percent growth in lot sales and around twenty projects in its 2025 Pedasí market commentary; these are broker-reported figures, not official registry statistics. Panama's September 2026 framework retains a US$300,000 route for qualifying new, first-sale property, subject to the investment category's conditions.
