This Interested Buyer Consent Agreement (the "IBCA") is entered into by and between the person or entity accepting this ICBA ("You") and Airdomo, Inc ("Airdomo"). This is a binding agreement, and governs any actions taken by You on www.airdomo.com and go.airdomo.com (collectively and individually, the "Website") and/or related to this ICBA.

Please read this ICBA carefully.

YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THIS ICBA WHEN AND AS OF THE TIME (THE "EFFECTIVE DATE") YOU TAKE ANY ACTION TO AGREE AND/OR CONSENT ON THE WEBSITE WHERE THESE TERMS ARE REFERENCED AND LINKED.

You hereby consent to Airdomo's use of any information or data, including Personal Data, that You submit through, in reference to or by way of the Website to Airdomo for any Airdomo use in providing the Website to You, contacting You and/or otherwise to further, develop, enhance or operate the business of Airdomo, consistent with the terms of this ICBA.

This ICBA is made a part of and is governed by the Website Visitor Terms, including the Website Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. For all purposes of use of the Website not covered by the terms in the foregoing sentence, Airdomo's other applicable terms shall apply.

You hereby consent to Airdomo having the right to indicate in its marketing materials and the Website Your business name, trademarks and logos.

If You are accepting this ICBA on behalf of or to use the Website on behalf of a legal entity, You must have the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to this ICBA, and the term "You" shall refer to that entity and its affiliates and You as a representative of that entity. If You do not have that authority, then You have no right to use the Website except in Your individual capacity.

If any of the following apply at any time, then Airdomo does not grant any usage rights of any kind, and You must immediately stop using any account and the Website: You do not agree or cannot be bound by this ICBA, any provisions of this ICBA are not enforceable under the laws that apply to You.

This ICBA shall take on the Effective Date, as such date is indicated in the Airdomo's records. All sections of the ICBA shall survive any termination.
