Wynn holds a UAE commercial land-based casino operator licence and is targeting a September 2027 opening for Wynn Al Marjan Island, with 1,530 rooms and suites announced.
The emirate's visitor numbers give the context: Ras Al Khaimah reported 1.35 million overnight visitors in 2025, according to RAKTDA.
UAE rules distinguish personal real-estate investment income from taxable business activity, and qualifying property investors may apply for Golden Residency subject to the programme's conditions. On Al Marjan, the main risk is off-plan execution.
