An iconic Alpine lake destination known for its villa culture, scenic waterfront, and international appeal.\n\nDISTRIBUTION ZONING\n\nLa Collina is conceived as a clear and progressive path: one enters from a more intimate and protected area, moves through a central point that organizes the entire home, and reaches spaces that become increasingly open, bright and connected with the outdoors. Every transition is intuitive, free from unnecessary complexity, and builds a natural relationship between interior, light and landscape. The floor plan is defined with the client during the co-creation phase, according to the planned project.\n\nEntrance and filter: Access takes place from a more closed and protected front, designed to guarantee privacy and visual control. This first space gradually leads inward, creating a natural transition between exterior and home.\n\nCentral node: After crossing the threshold, one reaches a simple and legible distribution point. From here the entire house is organized, clearly separating the living area and sleeping area, with fluid and immediate circulation.\n\nLiving area: The path leads to the heart of the house: a single environment integrating living room and kitchen.
