Natural limestone flooring, hand-applied plaster, and coral stone finishes complement 10-12 foot ceilings. The third floor offers outdoor kitchen, lounge and dining with panoramic ocean views. Developed by the creators of Esperanza resort (Cabo San Lucas) and founder of Grace Bay Club, The Strand spans 2,230 linear feet of waterfront on Cooper Jack Bay along Providenciales' southern shore. Celebrating Leading Hotels of the World membership and November 2025 Grand Opening, amenities include DelMar Restaurant & Beach Club; Clubhouse with gym, boutique, and yoga deck; Butterfly Pavilion; beachfront heated infinity pool; water sports equipment; tennis and pickleball courts; Club Boat for captained excursions and Marina.
